The house itself is spacious, cozy, and safe, with everything you might need — plus lots of toys for children and games for adults. You can choose to heat it with the wood-burning stove or electric heaters. The underfloor heating on a cold day was just fantastic! We truly enjoyed every single day in this home. Although it feels like a peaceful, remote getaway in nature, a large shopping center is just a 15-minute drive away — so you’re never too far from anything you might need. Just a note: you do need a car to get there. And there’s very little reception — the Wi-Fi is quite weak, and mobile signal comes and goes. This wasn’t a downside for us at all, but it’s good to be aware of it.

One big plus is also the Prachov rocks, which are in walking distance of roughly 5-10 min.
