The shower was amazing, great pressure and stocked with nice amenities. The kitchen had everything you could need, and the full blackout curtains were a plus. The couch was fine for sleeping, though not ideal.

Apartment was very comfortable, big, with all the equipment you might need. You could easily stay there for more nights.

The location and the cottage were perfect in every sense. Main room was very cozy and the view was amazing. Rooms were also very comfortable. The coffee was great, as well.

Terletak di Grundarfjordur di kawasan Vesturland, Sæból/Ocean Lair mempunyai taman. We had an amazing time at the Ocean Lair. The place is very comfortable cozy, clean, and spacious. It even has a separate tv room equipped with a massage chair! Its location is very well situated, close to the main road and nearby facilities and tourist attractions especially near the Kirkjufell. The owner is super kind. I’d forgot my purse at the place and left for Reykjavik. I didn’t realize that I had left it there until I’ve reached the town and the owner massaged me. I was so upset and was tired from the driving. As it was my last leg of the two weeks road trip and I was about to catch the plane home the next morning so didn’t want to go back to get it. Even though I had my credit cards and some cash in my purse I was about to let them go and told the owner to please destroy the cards for me. The owner instead told me to hold on and give her time to ask around if anyone she knows is traveling to Reykjavik. I was so glad when she messaged me that her sister is visiting her daughter and would be happy to bring my purse with her and meet at an N1 gas station. I was super lucky that the owner was so nice and I felt very appreciative. It was very kind gesture and I don’t know if I’ve left my purse at some other places, I would get it back. So I would highly recommend this place. My time in Iceland was amazing and the trip ended perfectly with this place the it’s wonderful owner.

Grund was a warm and cozy respite from cold and extremely windy weather. The apartment was in a fantastic location in town - a short walk from the one small grocery store, a restaurant, and a waterfall. It was also an easy drive to all the amazing sights in the Snaefellsnes Peninsula. The kitchen and bathroom were recently updated. The kitchen has all you might need to cook - including an ample supply of spices and oils to use. All in all this was an amazing place to stay for our first two nights in Iceland.

Truly beautiful location right at the entrance to Snæfellsnes National Park. The view of the ocean allowed for watching seals and sea birds as well as beautiful sunsets. Really can’t explain the location, it’s incredible!

I especially liked the soft and warm bed, the collection of CDs with a player and a lot of interesting and colorful books. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable staying. Highly recommend and hope to come back again

Located 6 km from Stykkishólmur, Helgafell provides a garden and free WiFi. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private bathroom. Nice place with beautiful views, comfortable beds, heating, dog Molly who was our guide to nearby hill:)
