Walking distance to train station. I would give a 6 star if I could!

Walkable distance to the closest subway station and slightly further to Odori Park and Sapporo Station. It is very spacious and clean, with 3 rooms with large beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also washer in the unit. Parking space is possible with early request. I had no trouble booking a parking spot for my car. To note that check-in is only possible via the Internet as there in no reception desk. Recommend to pre-register online prior to arrival. You will then receive instruction and codes to access your room. Communication was a breeze and we are even able to store our luggage once we checkout out in the morning and came back later for our luggage in the evening before leaving to the airport.

Each floor (both the first and second) has its own bathroom and toilet, which made the stay super comfortable. The location is unbeatable — just steps away from Otaru Canal, dessert shops, sushi street, glass studios, and the music box museum — yet the house itself is tucked inside a quiet residential lane, so it’s peaceful and relaxing. The house also has a small kitchen. It’s not big and is shared with guests from another unit, but it’s fully equipped and very convenient. We sometimes made our own breakfast or heated up food we bought outside — everything worked perfectly. Each room has its own refrigerator, so that’s private, and only the stove is shared, which actually feels safer and more hygienic. I stayed here for three nights, slept incredibly well every night, and it really helped me adjust my jet lag. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Otaru!
