Rooms are well fitted with amenities. The shopping mall below had a supermarket, cafe, and pharmacy, which is convenient. The hotel staff are very helpful and welcoming, and they helped us store our luggage when we went for our safari!

Very nice owners. Willing to prepare us an early breakfast when we were leaving for safari. Breakfast is also very delicious and fresh made. It is in a nice green part of Nairobi, close to Giraffe center or Karen Blixen Museum. The garden and the whole property is very beautiful and has a relaxing vibe. We even found 2 heating pads in our bed to make it warmer when we arrived.

Offering accommodation with free WiFi in Nairobi, Palacina The Residence & The Suites has an on-site restaurant and a fitness centre. The staff is just the best! So thoughtful and professional! My kids also loved the heated pool, good food and comfy rooms :-) I was supposed to stay 3 days but I extended to a whole week because it was just so nice. We will definetly come back next time we're in Nairobi!
