Offering luxury, self-contained accommodation in the small sea-side town of Kaka Point, this property is surrounded by an abundance of wildlife, living in their natural habitat, including Fur Seals,... Amazing view of the ocean and the surfers. The heated beds were helpful to make sleep very cozy.

Terletak di Niagara, Niagara Ridge Retreat Catlins mempunyai penginapan berhawa-dingin dengan teres dan WiFi percuma. Rumah percutian ini mempunyai taman dan tempat parking peribadi percuma. It is a wonderful lone big house, looks new, on a hill overlooking a lake, beautiful scenery. The owners are very nice. It is a very spacious and quiet. Great fire place with plenty good fire wood. It was a great pleasure staying there. We had all the equipment and appliances that we needed, including washing machine and a dryer. Tips for guests: make sure you arrive there in daylight to make it easier to notice signs leading to the place. Read the owner's instructions and guidance well before arrival, including the WiFi code in case you need to call the owner with WiFi before you enter the house. Please be aware that there are no shops in the vicinity. It is highly recommended to buy your groceries in advance. The only restaurant which is within a reasonably short drive - closes early. The nearest food shop is a 15-20 minutes drive away, doesn't have much stuff and closes early. There is a pub near this shop which closes at about 10pm, to be verified. The kitchen closes much earlier. It is better to learn the area well in advance.
