Raven's Nest, and its host Andrea exceeded my hopes and expectations. The forest and bay views make this place so special. I was traveling through and booked very late, arrived to the guest suite exhausted and was so happy to land in such a warm, peaceful, inviting, beautifully decorated space. The bed was SO comfortable, nice linens, excellent kitchenette. The nighttime silence was a feature unto itself. The host reached out to make sure I had what I needed and to provide local recommendations. Highly recommend!

Nice welcome note and treat on the counter from our hosts, which was so sweet. Comfortable beds and a great night sleep for our whole family + my MIL/FIL too! My husband and I walked to the beach from the property one of the days, which was lovely, and we made several day trips out to to Crescent City, Jedidiah Smith Redwoods State Park, and down to Redwoods NP too. We loved having a full kitchen (with everything we needed there and spices and a few extras as options as well)! We bought groceries on the way in and ate all but one meal at the house, during our time there! nice!

The yard was very large and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Everything was very clean inside. The central location in Orick is great.
