I felt like my car was safe in the gated parking lot. The neighbors in the building were so nice. After a night on the town, we were happy to go back to this spot and walk in to a clean, cool (temperature cool) apartment. We WILL be staying there again. Thanks so much!!

I recently had an exceptional stay at the Art House in Detroit. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and well-maintained accommodations. Every corner of the property was spotless and inviting. The property is located in a nice neighborhood, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The security system at the Art House provided an added layer of peace of mind. It was reassuring to know that safety was a top priority, and I felt secure throughout my stay.One of the standout features was the Samsung devices that connected seamlessly to my phone. Controlling the lighting, adjusting the thermostat, and accessing entertainment options were incredibly convenient and user-friendly. Two features that truly amazed me were the washer notification on the TV and the stove notification system. Receiving alerts directly on the TV when the laundry was done and when the stove was ready was impressive and made my stay even more enjoyable. Let's not forget the incredible art throughout the house. Each piece made a bold statement that I could relate to, and my friends absolutely loved the vinyl records collection as well.

Having a door leading to the 2nd bedroom downstairs and a door dividing the main floor bedroom and bathroom from the rest of the place was perfect to give us each the morning privacy of sleeping in or getting ready for the day without disturbing one another. It was a beautiful, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Oh and we really enjoyed the live plants.

Local restaurants and nightlife were very good. Felt very safe walking at night. Some fun people in the neighborhood. Parking was very accessible and easy to use.
