Front desk team: very nice, professional and tried to accommodate. I was allowed to do a late check out and they were understanding my situation (my international debit card was blocked and I had to pay through a bank transfer). Waiter in Indian resto very nice! Good size, overall good looking hotel with the typical Sheraton interior vibe.

Breakfast spread was very nice ...the room was very spacious and the staff very courteous.Sheraton hotel is Greek style and very imposing ,what u see in pic it is much more grander than that.

The whole staff of sheraton indore were extremely kind and helpful.
they got to know about my birthday and shimpi and disha went out of there ways to make my day special.
also a shout out to bharat who decorated the room.
