Sheraton Lake Como Hotel terletak di dalam taman yang besar di pinggir Tasik Como. Amazing stay! The staff was great, everyone was super nice and helpful during our whole stay. Special thanks for the nice birthday amenities in our room! The whole hotel service was above and beyond and even had higher standards than some of the 5-star hotels! We will definitely come back!

So,. personally, I had a bad personal experience, by one member of the staff having a bad day, but the whole team made up for it , and the person in question was professional afterwards , so their effort , especially from lady Francesca was at the minimum, wow.. congratulations for turning a chaotic situation into a returning customer..
