Comfortable and clean room, had everything I needed. Very helpful reception team. Amazing breakfast. Free shuttle bus. Great location - close to a mosque, large supermarket and cafes.

Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel is located in Makkah, within 1 km from Abraj Al Bait and just 570 m from Masjid al-Haram, both accessible through its 60 m private pedestrian bridge. The staff, Hesham (هشام)، Nashwa (نشوى)، Mayasir (مياسر)، Amal (امل) and Ragad (رغد) at the reception and managing level 12. Also Abdo Alhaee (عبد الحي) who manages the room cleaning on level 12 . They were all so helpful and friendly. Also the hotel facilities, location, cleanliness, food and hospitality. Everything was perfect 👌

Sheraton Jeddah Hotel features a sauna, a steam bath and a landscaped pool area featuring palm trees. Situated on Corniche, the hotel is a 30-minutes drive from Red Sea coral beach. Our stay at Sheraton hotel was very pleasant, the premises, as well as our room were well kept and clean. The staff was always professional, helpful and nice. Breakfasts were phenomenal! And last but not least, the bed was incredibly comfortable.
