Everything was exceptional. The host was very friendly, the room was extremely comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom was just as roomy. Apartment is super clean, in a very quiet residential area of 2-3 storey buildings, with few easy stairs to the first floor. It’s very comfortable and spacious for 2: large sofa is in the bedroom, terrace with a table and chairs, WC separated from the bathroom. Fridge, toaster, kettle, washing machine, stovetop, microwave. Enough kitchenware for easy meals and in good condition. No dishwasher, no oven. Cleaning products. Easy free street parking by the main door. Grocery store is at 300m. Easy self check in and excellent communication with the host.

I liked that everything was just as expected. Based on the photos and description I expected something unfancy and functional. A place where you don't stay because you want to be there and enjoy the luxury, the facilities etc., but you use it as a base camp to explore the mountains and surroundings. At Závada, everything worked, there was heating and we had a good night's sleep. The gentleman downstairs was available and helpful. What else do you want for this price?
