The rooms are extremely clean and modern, we truly can’t find any complaints. A special props goes to the staff, it’s so rare to come across nice, polite and welcoming staff. All in all, 10/10

Terletak di lokasi yang baik di daerah Pradl bagi Innsbruck, pradl elf my- apartment terletak 15-minit berjalan kaki dari Istana Maharaja Innsbruck, 1.1km dari Stesen Sentral Innsbruck dan 13-minit... Very cleverly designed, clean apartment with kitchenette with all we needed for self catering; induction cook top, fridge, sink, clean and quality utensils, even a dishwasher. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine and the generous availability of more pods. Although a small double room, it makes great use of the space and we were comfortable, with one soft chair plus a comfy, wide bench. Large windows also enhance the space. Bed was comfortable, wi fi and shower great and soft thick towels provided. The large communal area downstairs is a bonus for those in larger groups or with children. Keno in reception welcomed us late in the day (he had already replied to our message when our train was delayed and reassured us as to door code etc if we were late to check in) On arrival he provided us with maps, our Welcome Card and and an informative briefing, including advice re food shopping prior to a Sunday and a public holiday when supermarkets are shut and then answered our many questions and helped carry our luggage upstairs. Despite it being late afternoon, he also happily showed us how to use the coffee machine; thanks Keno for such a warm welcome. Location was perfect, 1 km from the station, some of it via a pleasant park and cycle path along the river and a quiet peaceful area. It was an easy walk/cycle or use free public transport ( Welcome card) to the old city centre. A large supermarket and shopping mall is very close also. We made good use of the free bikes available ( with locks and baskets) to both explore locally and rode also to Hall and beyond along the river path.

Additionally we even got a discount card for different activities in the National Park (e. g., entrance to Grossglockner High Alpine road was free of charge for us and so on). 100% recommended! :)

Located in Bad Kleinkirchheim, 240 metres from St. Kathrein Thermal Spa, Explorer Hotel Bad Kleinkirchheim provides accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a bar and a shared lounge. Good for cyclists, you can maintain your bike in a repair station in the lobby. Food was very good, staff was kind.
