Absolutely fantastic stay at this charming hotel!The location couldn’t be better—just 5mins walk way from the gondola,making it incredibly convenient for hitting the slopes every morning. The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious fresh bread, local cheeses, and homemade jams—a perfect start to the day. What truly stood out was the warm and efficient service. Though the team is small, they were exceptionally attentive and made me feel right at home. Their genuine hospitality added a special touch to our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located ski retreat!Especially thanks to Elaine.^•^

Menawarkan bilik-bilik yang bergaya dilengkapi dengan balkoni, mesin kopi dan Wi-Fi percuma, hotel Testa Grigia telah diubah suai sepenuhnya pada tahun 2010. Only a short walk from the station and we were in our spacious, comfortable room with a view of the Matterhorn.. The bed was very comfortable and shower was good. The staff at reception were very friendly. The helped us by printing out the tickets when we had to book a train online. The young South American in charge of the kitchen was very friendly and looked after us well. There was a great range of hot and cold breakfast items. This was our third time staying here. It just gets better each time!!

Enjoyed our stay and totally worth it. Fantastic view from our room, sat down in the balcony to stare at Matterhorn for hours. Great spread of breakfast to start your day! If you are in Zermatt, this is the place you should stay!

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. I’ve been all around the world and I must say that this hotel is one of my top favorites. The staff is top notch - proactive, professional and caring. What is more the hotel is really pet friendly in the room we found bed and bowls prepared for our dog, which was a pleasant surprise. The area is quiet, rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Wellness area was perfect - cameral, we had it almost for ourselves. Breakfasts are excellent with variety of food to choose. I truly recommend and hope to be back soon!

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. The entire property was amazing! We had a 4th floor suite with a balcony with an incredible view of The Matterhorn. The beds were extremely comfortable. The spa was awesome and included in the rate. The mini bar was nice as was the complimentary water provided. The hotel also provided robes, slippers and a spa bag for your convenience and comfort while enjoying the spa facilities. The staff were great and very friendly. We loved the included breakfast which was a fantastic selection. The smokers lounge was a nice touch and they have a small but great selection of cigars.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. The staff, the spa, the breakfast and the room is amazing. This three star hotel is better than many five-star hotels.

Centrally located in Zermatt, 300 metres from the train station, Hotel Walliserhof Zermatt is built in typical Valais chalet style and offers a spa area with sauna and a hot tub. Nice interior, great breakfast buffet with comfy beds, table. Clean baths. Great location and nice mini spa which was unexpected!

Enjoying an elevated, quiet but central position in Zermatt, 200 metres from the Sunnegga Cable Car, BEAUSiTE Zermatt offers beautiful panoramic mountain views, as well as an indoor pool, spa... Had a great Balcony; room was excellent large and comfortable; breakfast was very comprehensive; overlooks the matterhorn mountain; this was our second time there; the hotel was updated and its even better; plan to go back next fall again
