Set 0.2 km from Freedom Square, Paskunji Residence offers air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. Complimentary WiFi is offered. We truly enjoyed our stay here at Paskunji Residence. The room was clean, bright and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Most of the charm here comes from Lili the owner who was very kind to us even before we met her in person by arranging late night airport pick-up and drop off driver for us. She is courteous, efficient and prompt in all that she does. Staff at reception were also very good. Special thank you to Tia, who helped us get a taxi to a cultural event when our internet was not working on our phones.

The only thing to note is that it’s not a typical hotel with a clear main entrance, but the staff meets you upon arrival and shows you the way, so you won’t have any trouble finding your way to the hotel floor. The terrace is amazing, the breakfasts are quite tasty, and the room is cozy and clean. It’s clear that everything is well-maintained and kept in order.

Very comfortable and calm place of stay, 2 line from Chavchavadze avenue, so there is no car noise.The building is new, well maintained, the flat is comfortable and clean, comfortable bed and sofa so i could have rested and slept very well. Maia is really helpful and easy to communicate, I could have checked in a bit earlier and i'm really grateful for this opportunity and kindness to Maia, Mziuri park is two step from the building, probably there is even direct entrance from the condo's territory

Spacious living area, large and comfortable bedrooms. Extremely clean bathrooms and beautiful kitchen. Staff made sure we have a full comfort after our long flight. As a former Tbilisi resident I can assure you that it is not worth looking anywhere else, but stay here. This is the best deal for the price too. There is no better location to stay in Tbilisi. You will be in the middle of the city center, and at the same time just a few steps away from the noisy background. A highly recommended stay!!

Loved the location and the host was really friendly. He took us to best coffee shop, where we went all our mornings for really good coffee. There were free toothbrushes and shower gel, whitch is pretty amazing. Beds were comfortable! There is a local fruit Market literally next to our apartement and really friendly sellers. We had such a good experience, thank You!

There is no flow of tourists, you need to walk to the sights, but no more than 20-30 minutes. Most of attractions are no more than a kilometer away, the embankment and big shopping centre are also nearby. Great view from the terrace. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old building, in the courtyard we were able to park a car for free. There was bottled water in the room, for which special thanks. And all things for living was there. In terms of price and quality, I think it is one of the best offers. We recommend. Among the features: the check-in is contact, through a polite relative of the hostess, we were met and escorted. The apartment is on the third floor with a small staircase leading to it.

Our host, Levan, welcomed us with open arms and a warm heart. We initially only went around for a wine and chacha tasting, but were met with such grace and hospitality, that we decided to book a night. The property itself is big, with various cosey spots to enjoy the tranquility and peace of this part of town. We loved how quiet it was - exactly what we were looking for. A short drive/taxi from the mall, restaurants and local bars.
