The loveliest hosts, Rika and Gareth, who were supportive, personable and friendly throughout. The food was absolutely delicious! We even shared an amazing Christmas dinner together with the hosts and other guests. The location and facilities were perfect. The hosts are by far the warmest, most supportive and caring hosts we have ever experienced and they will do absolutely everything to ensure that their guests are comfortable, happy and instantly feel at home. Whether that be helping with organization and logistics, helping with travel drops, huge efforts to provide the best service: genuine smiles and conversations and sincere interest in you as visitors to their home. Very modern, all facilities were exactly as was expected from the website. Lots of electrical outlets. The parking area is covered so snow doesn’t fall on to the car.

It truly felt like home—clean, fresh-smelling, with beautifully handmade breakfast, and most importantly, the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. They thoughtfully prepared a personalized map for each guest, highlighting nearby attractions and restaurants, complete with QR codes that link directly to Google Maps for easy navigation. Every time I came and went, they greeted me warmly, always ready with helpful advice and a genuine interest in hearing about my day. I only stayed for two days, but somehow, returning to the hotel to share my experiences with the hosts became one of the most memorable parts of my trip.

Stayed here as a family of 4, while skiing in Furano. Hotel was lovely, and our suite was very spacious. Facilities for ski/snowboarders are great - storage room downstairs and a courtesy shuttle will transport you to Rhythm for ski hire, to the nearby gondola at Kitanomine or 10 mins to the Furano gondola. The excellent hotel staff spoke English and were able to assist with restaurant reservations. The breakfasts were fantastic, as was the hotel onsen. Highly recommend for anyone skiing in the area.

Everything was provided in the house, there’s a phone inside of the house so you could contact the owner directly if you need help. The tatami bed was very clean and smelled pleasant. The heater heated up the house very quick, so it was very warm. There’s a washing machine and laundry powder was provided, you could dry your clothes with the drying rack.
