Everything was perfect. From the room, the spa, the restaurant and the entire hotel team- All them, so friendly and helpfull. Room was cleaned every day.

This hotel is located in a nice place, next to the sea, wonderful and unforgettable slides, great view of the sea, very tasty food, nice swimming pools, clean. The staff were very helpful, nice and smiling, at the end of the stay - there was a gift in the form of a bottle of olive oil, this happened to us for the first time - we travel a lot - this was a big plus. All the staff were nice. A very, very good four-star hotel - almost five-star hotel - I recommend it.

The resort is beautiful just like on the photos. we stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with a pool, which was amazing and very clean and had everything we needed, especially since we travelled with a baby. we do however feel that for the price we paid the villa should be cleaned every day, at the least the towels should be changed. we had booked half board and breakfast was really good with lots of choices, dinner was buffet style and without much imagination, especially for the price we paid. The photos of the food variety were very different. On the first night was ‘Greek night’ which was delicious and was served to us but compared to other hotels in this price range dinner option at the buffet were not great. Cocktails were delicious and many varieties. The staff were friendly but one or two were more attentive than others who need better training. The hotel at that level lacks professionalism , it seems a bit too casual. We didnt have a car but feel you need one because going into town took 20 minutes which was fine but walking back was up a steep hill which in the middle of summer might be a bit too hot and tiring.

This hotel exceeded our expectations on most fronts. From the first step into the apartment you can feel the architects at work. So many details that have been thought through in order to make your stay as relaxing as possible. 10/10 would stay there again. We liked the view, the heated pool, the overall setup of the apartment, the gym with yoga corner and a sauna, the fact that you got plenty of drinking water, coffee and tea (replenished daily). I could continue this list and this would be a long one. Our hosts were proffessional and available via whatsup which is always a convinient option.

The hotel is perfectly designed and located close to the main boardwalk of Herssonisoss (few minutes walk). The staff was really nice and caring for all of our requests.
