Advice: unless you have early checkin, it will be 3pm, so go straight to wellness as you really only have a 3-4 hr window before dinner, especially if you only staying for 1 night. It is not open till 11pm next morning on checkout.

The host was very sensitive to our needs and clearly explained all details needed. Very easy to find, there was also a garage available and the appartement was just amazing !! Local products are used. Great advice from the sommeliere for Austrian wines. Excellent breakfast. Huge spa area, swimming pool and garden. Hiking, biking, sightseeing - lots of options nearby. Staff is polite, friendly and well-trained.

Everything was perfect, the staff is extremely friendly, the food is great (the dark chocolate mousse is a dream). Very clean, very quiet, even if the hotel is across the street from the train station. We travelled with our 4-year child, he was spoiled by the staff :)
