They say that a hotel is only as good as its staff, and I couldn't agree more. Your staff captured the heart and soul of Switzerland, and it was evident in every little detail. From the moment I stepped into your hotel, I was greeted with warm and genuine smiles. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, and they did so with such grace and hospitality. It was clear that they genuinely cared about their guests and took pride in their work. What made your staff truly unique was their ability to make me feel like family. I have been living in Switzerland for quite some time now, and I have come to know the warm and welcoming nature of the Swiss people. However, your staff took it to another level. They made my stay feel like I was visiting family, and I cannot thank them enough for that. I must mention that I was going through a tough time during my stay. It was my birthday, and I was feeling sad and lonely after a recent breakup. However, your staff's kindness and warmth made me forget all my troubles. Even the friendly band that played every night was so welcoming, and it truly touched my heart. Built in 1914 and located 850 meters above sea level, Kurhaus Cademario- Adults Only has massage, relaxation and steam rooms. This hotel was absolutely stunning, the outdoor and indoor pools were beautiful along with the Spa facilities. The breakfast was wonderful and there were so many options to choose from. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely advise to get a room with the lake view, it was wonderful.

Wonderful/amazing/breath-taking lake views.... Elegant and very spacious Suites and rooms... Great place, we had a view of the lake and garden (definitely recommend). Nice staff although there were a few let downs. However, we are delighted with the place- a successful holiday and a beautiful place .
