Hotel Belvedere Locarno, a superior 4-star hotel, is open year-round and offers 90 rooms and suites with beautiful views of Lake Maggiore, the city and the mountains. Beautiful property and spacious room with luxe feeling. Room had a fantastic view and of course the pool area was just fabulous. We travelled with our baby and the touches for him were so cute and appreciated - they even had a baby bath there we could use !! Everything was top notch and we only had room service dinner but it was great, however the restaurant looked incredible for dinner.

Located directly on the shore of Lake Maggiore, a private bathing beach, the jetty with its own marina and garden, guest rooms and suites. From the first minute of arriving to the hotel you feel that you are important guest. The staff is friendly and very careful. There is s valet parking. You are here only for relax! We tried some restaurants of the hotel (Marina and Eden Rock): compliments and thanks to the chef’s and staff, they are professional. The breakfast in the hotel is fantastic. Cleaning service received from me high rating too. The room with fantastic view on the lake, with terrace where you can spend romantic evenings with s glass of champagne.

Everything was excelent (accomodation, food, interior abd outdoor design). The personal , especially Signore Chistiano Rossi, was very helpfull and pleasent. Right on the shores of Lake Lugano and within walking distance of the Old Town of Lugano, the 5-star Grand Hotel Villa Castagnola is set within a private, subtropical park. We absolutely loved everything about our stay: the staff were so friendly and attentive, the views were gorgeous, the room was magnificent, the beds comfortable, and the spa was clean and quiet, with the massages so great and relaxing. We also loved the breakfast spread. It’s a nice stroll into town and the hotel is in a quiet area. Perfect for a getaway and melt away the stress! I definitely want to return and if you have any second thoughts about booking, just do it 😊
