It is an amazing hotel with an unforgettable vibe. Everything around is so beautiful: mountains, lawns, the lake, even buildings look great. The spa is spacious, well equipped, with different rooms and pools, including outside pool with a hot water. There are a bunch of restaurants and bars on the side with delicious dishes and drinks. We had a hike every day and the trails were spectacular.

I’m used to traveling the world and staying in 5-star hotels, but I have to say — the level of service here was on a whole different level. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. Everything was flawless, and the attention to detail was simply mind-blowing. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a Corner Suite with a stunning lake view for our honeymoon, which was such a lovely surprise! The handwritten congratulatory note, signed by every member of the staff, was a truly brilliant and unique touch. We kept that letter as a souvenir Thanks for making this stay memorable

Hotelul Vitznauerhof este situat la poalele muntelui Rigi, pe malul lacului Lucerna, în inima Elveției centrale. This hotel is exceptional. To have direct lake access like this was such a treat. I will definitely be back. The staff were exceptional also - very attentive and could not have done more for our group.
