All of the staff I encountered were cheerful and helpful, working around my limited ability to speak Spanish.

Very nice spacious room and bathroom. Easy to reach with a car. Good for a one night stop but keep in mind the location is about a 40 mins drive to the Atacama/Copiapo' airport (and the one close by is just a regional airstrip). Also, you have to book in advance if you want to use any of the hot tubs - so I was unable to try those out.

All the staff were super-friendly and very helpful from the front desk, to the restaurants, the Casino, and even the Cleaning staff! The Casino staff patiently dedicated themselves to us until we understood the different games. We even won some money at the end of the night!

Despite our limited Spanish and her limited English, she made a major effort to understand and meet our every need. It was an honor and pleasure to meet her. The hotel may be older, but it is clean and in a fabulous location.
