Location was perfect, in the center of Quellon. The staff were really friendly. The bed was comfortable & the shower was hot with good pressure.

Extremely clean bathroom, bedroom and kitchenette. Super comfy bed. Huge breakfast served to our room at the time of our choosing with local cheese, avocado, a selection of cold meats, milk, youghurt, jam, natural juices and incredible bread (they bake it themselves). All appliances working including a Bose bluetooth speaker, perfect for enjoying the complimentary bottle of wine to soft music in the jacuzzi at night. Gloria y Cote are the nicest hosts ever, they treat you truly like family. They were so nice that when I asked for a charcoal grill to make a night barbecue they bought one specially for us! Even though Castro city is close (5 min drive) we went looking for a quiet place to relax but this exceeded our expectations, if you need a place to relax in Chiloé THIS IS IT!!

An outdoor swimming pool, a sauna room and gym facilities can be enjoyed at Hotel de Castro. There are comfortable common areas, Wi-Fi is free and the town’s main square is 200 metres from the hotel. It’s a wonderful place. It had everything I was expecting and more! The people are so nice and the place was very beautiful and peaceful, can’t imagine coming to Chile without visiting Castro, Chiloe! Thank you so much for the great experience!

Clean rooms, beautiful design and artwork, the owners are so nice and helpful. Outstanding view of the city from the room, but very quiet because it is on a hill 5 minutes from town. They have the most sweet and friendly cat. The breakfast was outstanding, everything fresh and delicious- it was breakfast and lunch together. Eguardo speaks excellent English. Just stay here!
