Days Hotel & Suites China Town---Five minutes to reach Changsha Station, the metro Line 2 & Line 6 are nearby, free gym & laundromat, Chinese and Western buffet breakfast is offered on the 31st floor... This hotel was exceptional in every way. The staff were friendly and welcoming. In particular, Jack Ma was incredible. Other people have mentioned him in their reviews as well, and they are spot on. This guy makes you feel like you're arriving at a friend's house. The room was lovely, and the bed was quite comfortable. Views from the restaurant on the 31st floor are stunning, and the food was exceptional. Spicy beef with cilantro and the shrimp spring rolls were some of the best bites of food we've had during this trip to China. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel service is excellent. The housekeeper Carol proactively shared her contact information, helped plan the travel itinerary, and made reservations for attraction tickets. The environment is also nice, quiet, and comfortable.

We had an amazing stay here with the best staff! We originally booked for June but due to the weather the National Park closed. The hotel told us this information immediately so could cancel our flights and activities without losing money. We rebooked for September and the hotel helped us book all the activities and tickets that we needed! They were very welcoming when we arrived and gave us a free upgrade. They were always contactable on WeChat and answered any questions we had. 10/10!

The lovely people can arrange everything for you. All thanks for taking care! You gave me an amazing experience!

Wouldn't hesitate to return. Jolly good all round.
