Situato in un palazzo del 19° secolo dichiarato Patrimonio dell’Umanità dall’UNESCO, a 650 metri dalla Cattedrale di Granada, lo splendido e lussuoso Hospes Palacio de los Patos, a Member of Design... It was gracious of the staff to give us a room upgrade. Especially as this stay was really important to us. They also offered a bottle of Cava for my birthday. Very nice . The King size bed was so huge that I barely could find my husband !

Maribel is Sierra Nevada’s alpine style chalet, with a mix of high-altitude fun both on and off the piste for families, friends, and winter sports enthusiasts. Upon arrival with my hybrid car, the person who dealed with the valet service asked me if I would like my battery to be charged while my car was parked in the garage. I found this extremely considerate and it set the tone of the rest of my stay. The staff showed a trully helpfull attitude at all times and delivered a high standard service. The rooms were very comfortable. The Spa was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. But the best of all was the ski-service in the hotel. It was super easy to get a ski-pass and ski materials in the hotel. On top of this, the hotel is located on the slope, so not hustle at all.
