Exceptionally well selected staff with a coherent and target approach to make guests feel welcomed and relaxed. Really positively surprised with the staff attitude from a hustled free check in and polite and kind response to each encounter. Lavish breakfast and dinner with huge variety of dishes. Car park and Cappuccino and Frape coffee free of charge during meals whereas in a 5 start Hotel in Thessaloniki we were charged extra. Guest relations and Catering Manager even brought me a birthday cake at my room !!!

La struttura è molto bella, pulita ed organizzata molto bene. Personale gentilissimo e professionale. La colazione abbondante e molto buona. Nel territorio ci sono bar e ristorante per tutti i gusti. La spiaggia di sabbia pulita con Beach volley e acqua sport.

Exceptional landscape and excellent facilities. The en suite swimming pool was fantastic. The staff was exceptionally polite and dedicated. The food in the Mediterraneo and the Sinzei Restaurant was phenomenal!!!
