Staff ul a fost extraordinar de ajutor și foarte implicați în a ne face șederea perfecta. Mi am petrecut ziua de naștere în Yogyakarta, iar staff ul mi a înfrumusețat dimineata prin a îmi aduce la micul dejun o felie de tort. La plecare, mi au oferit chiar și un cadou, o pălărie, dar fiind ca pălăria mea se stricase pe durata șederii mele. Recomandam locul tuturor celor care vor sa petreacă câteva zile în Yogyakarta. English: Our stay was beyond perfect and exceeded our expectations. The deluxe double room is big enough, spotlessly clean and well equipped (towels, shampoo, shower gel, flip flops). They also provide different kinds of breakfast, I tried the tuna sandwich and the American breakfast and both of them were good. They also have very good coffee and sweets at the hotel coffee shop. The staff was very helpful and very involved in making our stay perfect. I spent my birthday in Yogyakarta and the staff made my day even beautiful by bringing me a cake along with the breakfast. Also, when we checked out, they gave a me hat as a gift as mine was destroyed during my trip there. We truly recommend the place to everyone willing to spent few days in Yogyakarta.

The service was outstanding, the people are incredibly lovely and helpful and everything was comfortable and charming. A much friendlier atmosphere than in chain hotels in the US. The staff even learn your name.

Spacious room, clean, complimentary shampoo/body lotion/toothbrush, clean nice big towels, clean and big bed, work desk, big tv, AC working great, water dispensers in every hallway so you can always get water if you are thirsty. Very nice staff. Gym is ok, small but ok for a quick workout just to keep moving while on vacation/business trip. Breakfast is great, very big buffet, lots of choices, very nice people working there. Location is great, walk 10-15 minutes everywhere we liked or drove with Grab in 10 minutes everywhere else that was not walkable (malls, Malioboro street, etc.). Oh and great water pressure and hot water!!! Finally!!

The hotel offers plenty of activities like golf, games and spa, which allow for a relaxing day at the hotel just enjoying the facilities without getting bored. However, the highlight of our stay was the restaurant. Boasting an extensive variety of both local and western dishes, every item we tried from their menu over more than 7 meals was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, and we never got tired of the menu or disappointed with any dish. Kudos to the chef!!! Our 5-day experience was incredibly comfortable, and we couldn't have made a better choice!

The breakfast is amazing, with plenty of options. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The room is very comfortable. We also used the pool and gym, and were really happy with the facilities. Upon check-in, we received a welcome drink and snacks, which was a lovely touch.
