Staffs are cordial, confident and cooperative. Exceptionally good food. I remember two of the restaurant staffs, Biru and Ankit, for their warm hospitality. My wife is a Finnish chef and in her opinion, this hotel has employed all the best chefs!

The taxis provided by the hotel were top-notch, the room was fantastic, and every single restaurant exceeded our expectations. The staff deserves nothing but praise for their professionalism and hospitality. If we ever return to India, we will definitely stay at The Imperial again. The Leela Palace New Delhi perfectly exemplifies the magnificent architecture, grace and elegance of Lutyens’ Delhi. The staff was very courteous and helpful, the facilities were very clean, the ambiance was calm, refreshing.

Taj Mahal, New Delhi, is a luxury 5-star deluxe hotel that has recently undergone a complete renovation, preserving its timeless appeal while incorporating contemporary charm. The Hospitality, the Hygiene overall was excellent, Respectfull staff, the entertainment was amazing, the complimantory sweets and pites at the show were very nice! Breakfast was a la carte was included really great!
