A beautiful hotel! The staff was extremely nice - we arrived early, so they allowed us an early check-in, then they upgraded our room and also presented us aan amazing fruit plate and chocolates! That was such a nice surprise! I am terribly sorry I forgot the name of the lady at the reecption - she was so friendly so nice with us

We were brought to the Andaz reception by our driver (by mistake) but Ipsi checked us in without delay and looked after us very well, even bringing bananas to the desk for my two hungry children. Christopher helped us to our room and was so kind, courteous, and helpful. He also helped us with all our bags at the end of our stay. Shivauni at the Residences reception helped with our c-forms late at night which was appreciated. The breakfast staff were wonderfully helpful and welcoming. Gurpreet, Abhendra, Satyam, Jyoti, and another lovely young girl whose name I unfortunately did not write down but she worked in the section near the juice counter and was brilliant in helping us with food choices for our newly adopted indian son. Thank you all.

This was my first time staying here, and the service was quite professional. From the lobby front desk, bellboy, the staff on the rooftop, as well as security personnel available at all times. I had made a reservation in advance, including breakfast, at a reasonable price. I left my two suitcases at the hotel for two nights for free before traveling to another city. Overall, the hotel’s location is in the middle of a community, making it easy to find a variety of food options. There's also an ATM right across from the hotel, and it's only a 5 minute walk to the RK Ashram Marg Metro Blue Line station.

Boasting a fitness centre and a garden, Aloft New Delhi Aerocity is located in New Delhi, 2 km from New Delhi International Airport. Super friendly staff! After checkout I received a "lost and found" email that they found an earing. They offered shipping it or keeping it till my next stay (I was planning coming back the week after)
