This property is beautifully renovated. The personnel is very kind and accommodating. The hotel apparently only has room service during the day, but the staff brought me chai in the evening after asking. I booked an extra night, but the room I had was already booked, so they upgraded me for one night. Breakfast was amazing and the expresso is really good! It was a treat staying here, I hope to be back!

The hotel was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant and the terrace give a spectacular view of the city. The room was very clean with comfortable bed and clean sheets. The biggest bonus was the hotel manager Ali and his staff! They are all very friendly and polite and Ali took care of all my needs and more. Highly recommended!

Customer Service was excellent from the point of booking. The manager made contact and made us aware of services the hotel offers. He even met us at the station at 3am when our train was delayed! The hotel is modern, new and very clean. Room was large and well decorated with a large bathroom and good hot water shower. Bed was comfy. Location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to the main gate of the old city. Also has a nice rooftop restaurant. The hotel arranged our camel safari which was excellent. From start to finish we couldn’t fault anything and stayed here twice during our trip. The staff take a pride in the hotel and delivering superb service to guests. As far as I could see, Hotel Shahiraj Jaisalmer is the best choice for a hotel in Jaisalmer.

Food at roof top cafe MUD ESCAPE was very delicious authentic Rajasthani Lal mass and other veg dises was super .Safari organised by the hotel was super , it was memorable experience. This palace hotel, a reincarnation of the royal mahals of Jaipur, is located in tranquil environs away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Everything was extremely curated for make you feel like royalty. Staff were amazing and all property is just TOP. Rooms are huge and full of details and care for the guest. Have never been treated this way in any other hotel. Worth every penny. Breakfast was also super complete and with lot of variety.
