My wife and I could see the Concordia Temple from our suite. The Villa Athena Resort has a private entrance to the Valley of the Temples. Hotel is excellent.

Featuring a garden with a free outdoor pool, Doric Eco Boutique Resort & Spa is 2 km from the UNESCO-protected Valley of the Temples. This was a great base for touring around the Agrigento area. The main appeal for us was the private pool each room had. In summer, after a whole day off walking in the heat, relaxing in a pool with a bottle of wine and some snacks was the best. If it was winter, this would need less appealing. The room otherwise was very compact but clean and modernly appointed. Bed comfortable for us. The aircon is a bit noisy at night. We didn't have breakfast, instead we headed to local towns for coffee and cornetto. Are at the restaurant once. It was very good. But it's all about those private pools!

Situat la 3 km de Valle dei Templi, Hotelul Costazzurra are un muzeu cu o colecție privată de obiecte de lut din Magna Grecia, din Egiptul antic și de la Roma. Mister Salvador at the reception is the reason this hotel deserves 10+ rate. He did everything to make our stay phenomenal. We had a beautiful sunny room with a sea view and eventhough we had to make some changes with our booking, mister Salvador made sure there were no complications. I need to mention a welcome drink and dolce which adds to the special atmosphere upon arrival. Thank you for the most magical begging of the year and for an amazing experience of your beautiful island, Sicily!
