The hotel has an excellent location, right on the main street just a few meters from all the attractions and the elevator to access the beaches. The host is very attentive and helpful, always willing to assist with our requests and replied quickly. The room is spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. The Wi-Fi works very well and there is complimentary coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. The only comment is that the room cleaning service was not done during the 4 nights we stayed there. However, when we asked for clean towels and toilet paper, they were provided immediately. Perhaps we should have requested the cleaning instead of assuming it would be done automatically. Overall, the experience was very good and we would definitely come back without hesitation! Thank you, Gennaro, for your kind attention!

It felt like being wrapped in nature and love all at once. The location is also perfect—peaceful and serene, yet easily accessible with a shuttle bus and nearby train station making day trips simple and stress-free. What truly made our stay special, though, were the people. Beautiful souls in a beautiful setting. We left feeling rested, inspired, and incredibly grateful. La Villa Walter, situada a 10 minutos en coche del centro de Sorrento, ofrece impresionantes vistas panorámicas al mar, apartamentos con conexión WiFi gratuita, piscina compartida al aire libre y... Por empezar el destino es mágico. Pero más aún gracias a Ornella que nos trató con un amor como si fuéramos sus nietos, nos ayudo con las excursiones, cocina como los dioses, y por si fuera poco las vistas del lugar son impresionantes. Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo!

El HR Hotel & Spa está ubicado junto a la playa de Piano di Sorrento, a 800 metros de la estación de tren de Circumvesuviana. Amazing view and hospitality. The location is excellent. Totally recommend it.
