Set at the foot of Mount Emilius in Pollein, family-run Hotel Diana offers a garden, free WiFi and a spa available on demand at extra cost. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The property is stunning, impeccably maintained, and designed for comfort, with cozy beds and an excellent shower that made every moment relaxing. One highlight was the delicious cappuccino served at breakfast—truly a morning treat! What stood out most, however, was the exceptional service and genuine warmth of the staff. From the moment we arrived, the team greeted us with smiles and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Stefan was incredibly helpful, checking webcams each morning to recommend the best places to explore. Veronica and Alessandro also provided valuable tips that made our trip even more memorable. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Stefan, Veronica, Elisa, Alessandro, and the entire team. Admire views of the surrounding mountains from this elegant 3-star hotel. Bijou Hotel is set in a peaceful position in the square of a pedestrian area of the historic centre of Saint-Vincent. Lovely little hotel right in the walking zone. Very homely and neat with extremely friendly personnel. The location is great and one can directly walk in the cozy surroundings. Highly recommended!

Bardzo górski klimat a przy tym nowoczesny. Spa a w szczególności basen zewnętrzny. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Z chęcią wrócimy!

The hospitality and friendliness of Mirko! (with a ´k´ 😉 ) Mirko really made us feel at home and as we all know: home is where one feels best. At our arrival, he welcomed us in his casa and gave us all the info and details needed. The room was really nice, a tipical cozy mountain style with a very good bed and matress. We had a spacious, external private and neat bathroom. Oh, and the shower is really good. In many places, it´s dropping or leaking somewhere. But not here! Breakfast was all we wished for: good coffee, fresh bread, ham, salami, cheese and sweets. We had a little balcony where we had our glass of prosecco in the evening and the view on the mountains is amazing. Even though the house is located pretty close to the main road uphill, it´s quiet and you don´t hear the (few) traffic. There is a hot tub available in the garden but we didn´t feel the need to use that one. What is super about this place is that you can use the kitchen for storing your food and preparing your salads, cold dishes and afternoon coffee! All cutlery is present. And what made our stay even more perfect: Mirko´s suggestion to give us for rent (for a very moderate price! ) 2 electrical bikes and drive us to the parking lot in Estoul for starting our bike trip to the Palasinaz lakes. Big thanks for everything Mirko & Daniela, you made us so very happy! We will certainly come back if we´re around again!

Amazing breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff. Klevi even helped put snow chains on our car when i clearly did not know how!
