Las instalaciones se encuentran en perfecto estado. La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente. Cerca de la estación de Matsumoto y a unos 15-20 minutos a pie del castillo. Tiene aguas termales (onsen) disponible para hombres y mujeres (por separado). Las instalaciones del onsen son muy buenas, tienen un amplio rango de horario para acceder (se pude ingresar durante la noche) y hay helado para refrescarse. Sirven fideos soba durante la noche sin consto adicional. El desayuno es tradicional y bien servido.

Aunque las habitaciones están diseñadas para ver el Monte Fuji, dependes del clima para poder hacerlo. Es importante tener presente que de la estación del bus, hasta el hotel, hay transporte incluido. Si no tienes datos para poderte comunicar, te puedes acercar al centro de visitantes y ellos los llaman directamente para que te recojan. Nos tocó un día lluvioso, pero el hotel tenía sombrillas que le permitían a uno salir a caminar alrededor del lago. Utilizamos el servicio de bicicletas y fue una excelente opción. Disfrutamos mucho la estadía con mi hermana!

There is shuttle service available at Mt Fuji station for those who do not drive. The place looked great. We managed to have a clear view of Mt Fuji in the morning and it was breathtaking. There was even a brief moment when the Mt Fuji turned pink in the morning during sunrise. The hot spring and shower area looked like a private bathhouse. Food was normal and enough for us, but you can consider bringing additional food and snacks. There were A LOT of free beverages.

The location couldn't have been better! Located close to Osu Shopping Street, with many eateries nearby. Plus, the Osu Kannon Station on the metro subway was just a 10-minute walk away, making travel around Nagoya super easy. There’s even a minimart near the station, which was perfect for grabbing quick snacks and essentials. Additionally, we loved the cute board on the wall in the room that provided information about interesting places nearby, including shops, restaurants, and other attractions. It was such a thoughtful touch and helped us discover some hidden gems in the area! What truly elevated our experience was the staff. They were incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations or addressing our questions. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. I highly recommend Gold Stay Nagoya Osu to anyone looking for a family-friendly, well-located, and comfortable accommodation in Nagoya.
