We absolutely loved everything! The room was perfect, the location unbeatable, the personnel very good and the breakfast! the one in the lobby bar was the very best, but the one upstairs was also very very good and the staff was top.

We loved the staff, kanna made our trip such an amazing memory and we wish her the best as she has been an absolute delight ! The staff were very helpful and did everything possible to make me happy. I asked for a vegetarian breakfast which was fantastic. The room was beautiful and the whole building is very new but still breathes Japanese history due to the refined mix of old and new. If go here you need to know that it is a small place, so don't expect a big fancy hotel. You have your own bath room, but you have to book the time slots for the sauna.
