Everything was great the service was very professional. The room is very classic since the hotel is quite years. However, the lobby area was quite crowned as a lot of locals and hotel guests visited a lot during the day

Re-opened in 2012 after thorough renovations, the Tokyo Station Hotel is registered as an Important Cultural Property and boasts gorgeous rooms in a classical European style. The breakfast buffet and the staff escorting and carrying our luggage to the exact place on the platform where we boarded our Shinkansen car. We did not request this service it was just offered. Service was wonderful.

Located just a 5-minute walk from the popular Ginza area, Daiichi Hotel Tokyo offers spacious modern rooms with free WiFi. Best location in Tokyo. Rooms are so big and toilets as well. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There are too many shops and grocery shops near by, metro station is connected with the basement of the hotel. Compared with other hotels, this is the best hotel i have tried in tokyo.

Love that the minibar is all free. Staff extremely kind and welcoming, when we arrived the room wasn’t ready but they allowed us to shower and get refreshed. Would love to come back!
