Very friendly and professional staff, the make you feel very comfortable. They provide a shuttle service from/to Kawaguchiko station which is super convenient. The rooms are lovely and clean; the view from the room is spectacular combining the Kawaguchiko lake and Mt Fuji ❤️

From the moment we arrived the hotel took our breath away even before we saw our room. I booked this hotel for my brother's birthday and the staff made this honestly a stay to remember. We used the bikes and went on a bike ride and we had an onsen in our room which was great as my brother has tattoos. The view from our room was beautiful! On the night of our meal our waitress asked to take a picture of us which she then had printed and framed and put on our table for breakfast which was such a lovely memorable touch!

Located a 10-minute walk away from Lake Kawaguchi, Fujikawaguchiko Crescendo welcomes guests with a complimentary drink. Kawaguchiko Train Station is located a 12-minute taxi ride from the property. We didn't regret going even with Fuji not visible due to clouds. From the very first moment until the last the whole stay was a pleasure, mostly because of the very welcoming and kind host. He sang us Japanese songs in the evening, we could drink home made liqueurs prepared by him, had a home-made tasty breakfast in the morning. The room was large with all the amenities you would need, the view was nice even with Fuji in clouds. The place had both a jacuzzi and an onsen+sauna. Both private (you write yourself on a paper in advance for a timeslot and the whole place is yours). We even received a small gift (origami paper) at checkout. I would recommend spending one night here, just forget about luxury hotels and go here, you won't regret it :)

Tranquil Japanese-style rooms at Beautiful Japanese Garden Kagetsu boast views of an exquisite Japanese garden, and come with personal attendant service. Wonderful hotel, great onsen, beautiful garden. The rooms were nice, the staff super friendly and great Japanese breakfast!
