Breakfast - amazing varieties, extremly friendly staffs, all the staffs were good, we dealt with Janaka, Pramoksha and one more girl who found and returned our lost cash, unfortunately didnt notice her name. Food was fresh and tasty, Capacinno can be improved as it didnt taste that good. We did try dinner couple of times, we really enjoyed the varieties and taste. I would recommend them to include live kitchen for Srilankan fish fry/ grill as sea food is very famous there. Reception - Sansala was very helpful and patiently listened to requirement, allotted the best available room for our stay. Highly appreciate her service. Very clean facility, easy access to beautiful beach, nice swimming pools and clean Sauna and Steam.

I loved all the trees and vegetation. It felt like a private jungle retreat. I also liked having individual Cabanas with a verandah in front to sit and relax. The pool was lovely and the food was tasty.

Terletak di Bentota, 2km dari Pantai Bentota, Amber House Lanka mempunyai pemandangan laut. We stayed in the top floor apartment. Place was huge with a large terrace. It was much bigger than we expected and we really enjoyed it. Apartment had great amenities. The terrace is facing west and overlooking the lagoon so each evening we were enjoiying beautiful sunsets. The boat is a great option to get to the beach side and the staff was always ready to drop or pick us up.

We had an absolutely outstanding stay at Channa Villa Bentota, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Sri Lanka. Having known Channa for over 10 years and having visited Sri Lanka six times since 1995, I can confidently say that this was one of the best experiences we've had in the country. From the very beginning, the service was impeccable. We were picked up from the airport and returned there at the end of our stay, just as we requested. The transportation was punctual, comfortable, and handled with great professionalism, which made our arrival and departure seamless and stress-free. The guesthouse itself is located just about 200 meters from the beautiful Bentota Beach, it offers easy access to the sea, and the rooms are well-equipped with both a fan and air conditioning, ensuring comfort regardless of the weather. The rooms are clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made us feel right at home. During our stay, we also had the pleasure of being accompanied by Channa on several excursions. He guided us on a memorable tour to Nuwara Eliya, enriching the experience with his extensive knowledge of the region and its culture. His insights made the trip much more meaningful and enjoyable. We also visited the impressive Buduruvagalla Temple, which was a highlight of our trip, made even more special by Channa’s friendly and informative guidance. Additionally, we enjoyed a wonderful boat tour on the Bentota River, where we could relax and take in the stunning natural scenery and peaceful surroundings. Channa’s personal involvement and care truly made these experiences stand out. Beyond the tours, we had the pleasure of dining at the guesthouse, on invitation from Channa. The dinner was excellent—delicious, beautifully prepared, and served in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I intendetd to write some more, but the place in booking is too short.

Offering a restaurant and free bikes, Happy Man Guest house is located in Bentota. Free WiFi access is available. It provides a 24-hour front desk for the convenience of the guests. 12/10! I highly recommend staying here. Every moment of our visit was a delight. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, and the accommodation was stunning—comfortable, tranquil, and featuring the most beautiful outdoor bathroom. Breakfast was generous and absolutely delicious. We can’t wait to return!

Boasting a private beach area and an outdoor swimming pool, Sea Rock Villa offers rooms a 5-minute drive from Bentota. The property has free Wi-Fi and a garden with BBQ facilities. Nice beach side property to sit and relax, beach side hut and hammock make this property very unique they have their own in house bar and restaurant where guests will be served with drinks and delicious food. I liked the varieties and preparation of the food.

A short 1-minute walk from Bentota Beach, Club Villa provides an outdoor pool and massage treatments. Its air-conditioned rooms are decorated with handwoven batiks and paintings. It really felt like going back in time; beautifully decorated by Geoffrey Bawa giving the typical tropical movement vibe. Very tranquil place, the garden is stunning, breakfast delicious and you have the luxury of the swimming pool and just a 5 minute walk away also the quiet beach. The train running through the garden only every once in a while makes it extra special. The noise never bothered me while I am a light sleeper (as of midnight until +/- 05:00 the train doesn't pas by anymore anyway). There are many guests who have been coming back for years. That already says enough. The staff is incredibly friendly. Absolutely loved it here, thank you for this special experience and truly hope to come back in the future!

This beautiful resort is sandwiched between two spectacular (and mostly empty) beaches. If you're looking for a peaceful vibe (no kids allowed and no annoying music at the pool), excellent food, outstanding cocktails, excellent service, and amazing sunsets...then this place is for you. We were very warmly welcomed upon arrival and were looked after with meticulous care for the rest of our stay (thank you very much, Sanath!). The room was perfect and the bed (including linens and pillows) was very comfortable. Thank you also to the very kind and generous Chef Thushara and his team for the wonderful Sri Lankan cooking class (delicious chicken curry). Another highlight of our stay was having our sundowners on a hidden patio perched on the rocks and overlooking the surf. The drinks and the view were spectacular! While you're there, also try the spa. Wonderful massages. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better stay and we look forward to coming back.
