She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The rooms are modern, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. Every element—from the comfortable bedding to the smart technology—reflects luxury and thoughtful design. I was lucky to have a room overlooking both the sea and the lake, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast buffet deserves a special highlight. It was one of the best I’ve experienced anywhere—an incredible spread featuring both local Sri Lankan delicacies, a lot of Indian and international favorites, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Overall, my experience at ITC Colombo was flawless. The combination of elegant interiors, exceptional dining, stunning views, and world-class hospitality makes it a true gem in Colombo. I left with wonderful memories and will definitely be returning soon.

Sheraton Colombo Hotel es un alojamiento de 5 estrellas situado en Colombo, a 2 min a pie de Playa de Kollupitiya y a 2,1 km de Estación de tren Bambalapitiya. The staff here are extremely welcoming and attentive. That's the first thing that struck us as we walked into the hotel. While making conversation when checking in we mentioned to Carder the duty Manager that the reason for our stay was my wife's birthday. He very kindly upgraded us to a "Club" room on a high floor and had a small cake and card sent up to the room when we got in. Very touching gesture! The room was tastefully furnished, comfortable, clean and had all the modern amenities with a great view of the sea and part of the city. A perfect location for business or vacation!

La zona es muy tranquila y aunque necesitas transporte para ir al centro es muy barato, tienes la tranquilidad de descansar en un sitio cerca de Colombo pero sin el estrés del centro.

The courteous personnel and management demonstrated remarkable attentiveness in catering to my every requirement. A notably valuable amenity is the provision of a personal butler, designed for guests desiring an indulgent experience.

Sky View Apartment, que cuenta con piscina al aire libre, centro de fitness y bar, ofrece alojamiento en Colombo con wifi gratis y vistas al lago. The highlight for me was definitely the spectacular view and waking up to the city skyline from that height was truly unforgettable. The apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable. It was a perfect spot to relax and unwind.
