Very well kept and beautiful property with excellent food and extremely friendly and courteous staff. Large well appointed room and spacious luxurious bathroom. Mr. Laksiri, as the manager was always present to ensure high quality along with young and capable front desk staff including Ashen. Mr. Pradeep made sure all housekeeping needs were satisfied. The pool man (forgot his name) became a friend. And, Chef Lalith was the star for us with his Michelin-caliber clean kitchen, prompt staff, and food that will make us come back for sure. Having stayed in numerous places around the world, this one really touched our hearts and easily became a home for 4 days. Thanks to all.

Great place to stay in Beruwala the hosts were very friendly and the room was huge. For us the location was fine as we had a tuk tuk, not sure if this would be as accessible without.

The staff are not only friendly but also extremely helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience!

The staff were very friendly and helpful with all our needs including helping with recommendations, tuk tuks and overall information. The breakfast was great and very filling which resulted in not needing to eat lunch on a few of the days. If you enjoy Sri Lankan food then you'll love the breakfast. There is of course bread, spreads and omelette if wanted. Rooms were spacious and we had an air-conditioned room which was nice when it was hot although the rooms stayed relatively cool. The pool is very nice for a swim at any time of the day. The whole property is extremely clean which including pool area and breakfast which was free from sand and dirt. I do recommend and thanks to the staff for a great stay.

Villa River View is in an excellent location and gorgeous view of the river which makes it a peaceful retreat . The home is very welcoming and kept in pristine condition by Viraj and his lovely family. I would highly recommend staying at Villa River View as I had great advice on the local area and what to see in this beautiful part of Sri Lanka which I would have not found out as a solo traveller .

Penginapan ini terletak amat dekat kepada beberapa stesen keretapi (Katukuranda dan Kalutara Selatan). Pemilik penginapan ini amat baik hati dan tidak teragak-agak membantu saya apabila diperlukan. Contohnya, saya datang ke Kalutara untuk menghadiri perkahwinan sahabat saya, yang berakhir pada lewat malam. Pada masa itu, saya tidak dapat mencari tuktuk untuk balik ke penginapan, jadi Encik Victor datang demi membawa saya pulang. Encik Victor dan keluarganya amat ramah mesra, dan kemudahan yang tersedia cukup bagus.

I was here overall 23 days.My purpose to visit Sri Lanka was seeing the beauty seen the people nature everything .I have cravings to nourish that feeling.Im fascinating into Buddhism so I have to check it out.Rajmahal is a place where you can find everything peace freedom and perfect food with lot of flavours.Landlord Raj is amazing in all aspects. He give advices provide secure and support through whole staying .For all of us he is like a brother.So during my stay I meet a lot of a beautiful people that are incredible.I will always remember this until the end of time.If I can stay here for half of the year I will stay.Unfortunately I have to return back home.If you looking for place of freedom unlimitless potential tranquility .I have to definitely recommend Raj Mahal place.And by the way Raj massage is out of this world pure magic✨

Set in Wadduwa, The Villas, Wadduwa, features free WiFi and units equipped with a kitchenette and terrace All units feature air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Very well maintained property and hotel. The staff is always ready to help with a smile on their faces. When I check-in I was offered an upgrade to one of their best villas with a pool. Very clean room and amenities. Very good and filling breakfast with a nice restaurant. Moreover, the property is just a stone throw away from the beach!
