Beautiful place, nice staff, very comfortable. Quiet when we visited (early December), although I expect it can get very busy during peak hours.

Offering direct access to Playa Norte Beach, on the beautiful island of Holbox, Holbox by Xaloc features luxurious rooms and bungalows with terraces. We booked for 2 nights. Ended up staying an extra 2 nights. Great service. Must say, we were very impressed with the cleaner, took his time. Making sure it was spotless, 10/10.

Gosh, Hotel Milam was beyond what we expected. The moment we walked in, it felt like stepping right into a dream. The pictures don’t do this place justice—you truly have to be there in person to experience how lavish and thoughtfully designed it is. Our villa was absolutely stunning. Exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and the highlight was the personal pool with a forest view, and various options for mood lighting. We could not get enough of it. The open-air shower was pure magic. Showering under the sky, surrounded by nature, was an experience in itself. Every little detail felt intentional, making it one of the most luxurious stays we've ever had. The highlight, though, was the concierge service on WhatsApp. Jay and Ara are just brilliant with the guests! We just had to send a message, and whatever we needed was sent to our room promptly. They helped us book taxis, made restaurant reservations, and even gave us directions and suggestions in real time. We are so thankful. But what made the real difference for us were the activities at the property. We tried the ice bath, the yoga sessions, and even the temazcal—and I’m so glad we did. There was so much to do that we never even felt like leaving the hotel. The food was delicious as well. The breakfast, the restaurant, the fresh ingredients—everything was top-notch. Try the Pina Colada!!! Honestly, if you’re thinking about booking—just do it. Milam is pure magic. ✨

Everything exceeded our expectations. The location of the property was fantastic for us, a short walk to the strip and beach, 7-Eleven right outside, large supermarket around few minutes away. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean, bright and spacious with everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. The facilities (pool and multiple swimming pools) were great, al kept clean. Would definitely recommend this property for both short and long haul stays.
