Featuring a restaurant, a bar as well as a garden, DECU DOWNTOWN is set in the centre of Mérida, 500 metres from Montejo Avenue. The Hotel: A beautiful property with stunning original architecture and decorative details—truly candy for the eyes! The magnificent traveler’s palm trees in the courtyard were absolutely striking. Room: Very comfortable overall. Good a king-size bed, a spacious bathroom with enough amenities. Quietness: Despite being on a busy street, the inside of the hotel felt completely insulated from the noise of traffic. Room is very quite ( without the AC on) Location: Quite good. While the street itself isn’t particularly interesting, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the city center. The walk is safe, even at night. Parking: A paid private parking lot was available at another property right next door , and the cost was quite reasonable.

This 18th century hacienda has been converted into a small luxury hotel with outdoor swimming pool and spa. It is just 2 minutes’ drive from Mexican Federal Highway 281. The quality oft the room was exceptional, size, set up, material used and equipment. Very good bathroom. Great balcony. Other facilities like swimming pool and gym are also very good.
