On ground level all you can wish for. Gym big and fully equiped. Better than all hotels I have seen so far. Big swimmingpool, running track, sauna. Nearby shops and laundry shop. And very good restaurants around the corner.

We loved how spacious and clean it was! The facilities were all relatively new and the view from the balcony was breathtaking! The staff that was in charge of giving us the access cards was so nice and accommodating! She responds super fast and takes action as soon as possible. The owner of this stay was also super nice and provided all the full details whenever questioned. The parking was easy to locate, although there were some hiccups of other tenant parked at our designated area but it was easily solved by the security/management.

Hosts were also very welcoming and responsive. Instructions on carpark, parking areas, lifts are also very clear and concise. Kitchen is fully equipped.

Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast menawarkan penginapan yang terletak jauh dari kesibukan bandar, bersebelahan dengan Desaru Coast Adventure Waterpark. Staff were uniformly cheerful, helpful and kind. Really made a difference to our stay. The food was brilliant. 2 restaurants (1 by the pool, 1 big one) and we enjoyed both. The breakfast buffet was enormous, you could have a completely different breakfast each day. Curry, noodles, fry up, toast, cereals fresh fruit. Pool bar had decent Mexican style food (we had fajitas, burritos and a giant bowl of guac) During the day/evening, the menu covered several kinds of Asian and western food and we enjoyed everything we had. Portions were very generous as well. Pro tip - at weekends go for room service for the a la carte menu in the evening. Kids enjoyed the kids menu, and ate a lot of chips. As the hotel is not in a built up area, we were so pleased that the restaurant was serving up such good food over a long stay. Our kids were too young for the band but I enjoyed it - they were super tight. Our quiet room was far enough that it wasn't "fesrival-loud". Our room was clean, well kept and a good size for 4. The bed was very comfortable. The pool is a good size for both doing some relaxed laps, as well as for the kids to jump in it. Didn't investigate the waterpark, but we definitely will next time. Kids liked the small playground and especially the water play area.
