We were hosted flawlessly, and the level of service provided by the staff, particularly Khushbu, Samjhana, Manoj, Rupesh, and Ronish, was outstanding and deserves special recognition. They are all exemplary members of the team. The hotel's location is perfect—right in the heart of Thamel, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Kathmandu. A major highlight was the magnificent heated infinity pool and Jacuzzi on the rooftop, offering stunning, breathtaking views. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Furthermore, the entire property is impeccably clean and polished. The rooms are large and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Hotel molto bello in zona c'è centrale ma fuori dal caos. La struttura è molto bella ed ha un giardino molto bello. Stanze pulitissime e molto comode. Personale e servizi ottimi. The hotel staff were very warm and helpful upon arrival, offering an arrival drink and helping us get bags to the room. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff helped arrange a bus to take us from Bhaktapur to Pokhara, and took us to the bus stop in the early morning. The restaurant was prompt and tasty. The location is prime in Bhaktapur- easy to walk around from the Hotel.
