We were even upgraded to a bigger room, which was such a nice surprise and made our stay even more comfortable. The room was spotless—super clean and well-maintained—and the whole property felt very well cared for. We really enjoyed the amenities too. There’s a beautiful pool and direct access to the beach, so we got the best of both worlds. The food was a real highlight. Every meal we had was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. You can tell a lot of care goes into the menu and service. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely come back again!

Crimson Resort exceeded our expectations. From the incredibly accommodating staff to the lavish breakfast, we were extremely happy with our stay. We had a very large group, with children, and they handled every detail with excellent care. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cebu.

Very nicely designed Condo with all the amenities and essential things for a good long stay, just one suggestion should keep an Iron too.

It was a great experience and the staff were so friendly and happy to help. The doorman Jay was exceptionally friendly which we appreciated. The room was good for two and clean. The beach was also nice to go and sunbathe.

Staff gentilissimo, c’era la strada bloccata per l’ironman ma si sono fatti in 4 per aiutarci ad arrivare in aeroporto nonostante le strade chiuse. Colazione super e camere con il loro fascino. La play room dei bambini è fantastica e anche le escursioni in barca partono direttamente dall’hotel quindi comodissime!

Shangri-La's Mactan Resort offers a luxurious beach escape with an outdoor pool and both free in-room Wi-Fi and wired internet. Everything was wonderful. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to cater for our comfort.
