We asked for an extra bed which was no problem. The location is very nice, easy and convenient to get to Greenbelt and other shopping centres. We felt safe and looked after. The staff was AMAZING! They couldnt do enough for us and always had a smile on their faces. So far the best hotel I have stayed in, the service, room, food, facilities, and staff are impeccable! Thank you for making our stay in Manila memorable.

Centrally located in Makati, Discovery Primea features modern and luxurious accommodation with free WiFi access in the public areas. 1) Security is very good. They will always check cars coming in, including the boot and running metal detectors under cars. Also, there's always at least 2 staff at the counter 24/7. With doorman/ security guard at front and back entrances. 2) Location is central and safe. Surrounded by many malls and you feel safe walking around at night. People are always around, including walking underpasses. 3) Facilities. The gym is available 24/7. There's someone manning the counter at all times. The pool is also large enough to swim laps. 4) Short walk to both weekend markets. Salcedo Weekend Market (Saturday) and Legazpi Sunday Market. 5) Great service overall. They have turn-down service every night. Also, amenities are well maintained and clean. 6) Breakfast spread is equivalent to paid quality buffet outside.

Dotări decente si de calitate, pat confortabil, consumabile pt igiena si papuci de unica folosinta. Recomand. Cind voi mai avea nevoie voi apela iarasi.

Beds are so comfortable, great facilities, 24/7 gym, beautiful spa area and excellent staff. From Matt checking us in, Genesis and Ivy warm welcome every morning for breakfast, Maricel on floor 6 and Shiela for the fantastic massage! I would recommend this hotel to everyone

Situated in the heart of Makati Central Business District, Raffles Makati features an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and business centre. It was very nice. I like the atmosphere and especially the stuff was really friendly from the start to the end of staying. I will come back again!

Especially Sheila Acao (we left crocs kid shoes - contacted the housekeeping and spoken to Sheila as we already back home in Davao and offered to send this via LBC; my family were grateful for her extended service). Hotel with excellent facilities. Ambience +++ and safe....Comfortable room and clean. Location adjacent to nearest mall - Shangrila Plaza and SM.

The room is spacious, bright, and comfortable, especially the carpet and sofa, which are very comfortable. There is a seating area on the balcony, and the view of Okada from the balcony is beautiful. I would recommend this room to my friends and colleagues, and I would book this room again.

The operational manager Mary was very accommodating and went over and beyond the expectations we had.She was all the way down there for us till we left and was always a phone click away in all our needs.
