I arrived at the hotel in the evening. Very friendly first impression and the prompt agreement that they will turn on the sauna for me. I could go in my room and get comfy & then directly downstairs after 20mins to enjoy an empty & most pleasant spa atmosphere. Big love!

The concierge, yasoja Ekanayaje was extremely helpful and always there every day to answer any query we had and on the evenings , he checked with us to know how our day went. He is a very valuable person to the hotel, such care and a friendly happy personaluty, he made us feel very special and welcome there. All the staff were very friendly , and helpful , our cleaner greeted us every morning too , the reception staff were also very pleasant and the breakfast staff were very cheerful and helpful, this hotel has excellent customer care

Located on a hill in the heart of Lisbon, Torel Palace Lisbon consists of three buildings in which two of them are traditional 19th-century mansions, surrounded by a garden with a swimming pool. Authentic location with a very nice terrace with a fantastic view on the city. Feels like a holiday location. In the middle of Lisbon yet quiet. Nice authentic English Bar inside the hotel. Rooms are very spacious, well equiped, nicely decorated. They rather feel like an appartment instead of a room. Staff very helpful and in line with 5* standards. Good for a city trip, but also long stays.

I first stayed at Epic SANA at the beginning of May 2025 for a couple nights and loved it so much, I decided to stay again for my 1 night layover in Lisbon before flying back home to Canada. And did I mention their breakfast? Solid 10/10 with such a variety of food!
