Very very good condition of apartments and extremely clean. They have everything you need - washer, dryer, shoe dryer, dryer rack, storage room for ski. Availability of sledges and ice-slides. Very nice and knowledgeable host.

Very friendly owners; welcome on arrival and thank you gift on departure. The apartment is small but well equipped, with all the facilities for a comfortable stay. We liked the fact that there is a proper bed in the living room and not a sofa bed, which helps to sleep and rest comfortably. The apartment is clean, nice and functionally furnished. Quiet surroundings with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Jacuzzi and sauna are an added plus for relaxation. Wonderful.

Gli appartamenti di Kaja sono in un bel edificio a pochi passi dal centro di Kranjska Gora. Io avevo prenotato quello più piccolo (eravamo in 2) e mi è stato offerto un upgrade gratuito all'appartamento con 2 camere che dispone tra l'altro di ingresso indipendente. Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato, luminoso e dotato di tutto il necessario. Nessun problema per check in e check out, con Kaja molto disponibile (e parla italiano molto bene). Consigliatissimo

Inaugurato nel dicembre 2012 e circondato da una vegetazione lussureggiante, l’albergo a gestione familiare Boutique Skipass Hotel offre lezioni di sci, attrezzatura sciistica a noleggio e un deposito... Complimenti per l'organizzazione e la disponibilità del menù per la colazione. Personale splendido e disponibile. Collocazione dell'hotel e struttura ottime. Parcheggio auto disponibile, limitata da sbarra e sono presenti anche le ricariche elettriche.

Beautiful place, apartments are tastefully decorated and well maintained, the host is very friendly and helpful, the other amenities such as sauna and billiard add to a fantastic experience! 100% recommended!

Hotel Kotnik is a family hotel in the heart of a peaceful village, 400 metres from the ski slopes, featuring 15 rooms with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Top class accommodation in the heart of Kranjska Gora village. We stayed over the Christmas festive season and staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Facilities for ski gear and snow boarding equipment storage. 5 star accomodation !!!
