Ananda is right at the beach, in the middle of all the 'action', but still very relaxed and quiet at night. The staff is superfriendly and they've done everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had a little issue during our stay, which was solved in the best way by the management team. Besides the staff, the property itself and hotel are very well maintained and clean. We'd definitely come back!

Stayed for 1 night only... sadly – should have booked more. The place is peaceful and right on a calm stretch of beach. Staff was chill, no stress. No loud music, just waves.

Terletak di Nungwi, 5-minit berjalan kaki dari Pantai Nungwi, Oasis Blu Beach Resort-Adults Only mempunyai penginapan dengan kolam renang luaran, tempat parking peribadi percuma, pusat kecergasan dan... It was remote but I liked that and it only has 17 rooms so a very quiet place. Exactly what I was looking for. Adults only and a spa on site. But the best feature was the staff. Excellent attention from the staff.

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and often anticipated our needs before we even asked. The food was delicious, our villa modern, spacious and spotlessly clean, and the overall service top-notch. One of the highlights was the Swahili night, featuring fantastic local dishes and an unforgettable acrobat performance. We also treated ourselves to a relaxing massage during our stay— just what we needed after our safari adventures. Although not beachfront, the resort is just a short walk through Jambiani village to the sea, or you can take a shuttle to one of their partner beachfront properties, which are equally well-designed and welcoming. That said, we actually preferred the peaceful charm of the Oasis itself. We’d come back in a heartbeat—and in fact, we’re already planning our return in 2026!

The bungalows are super comfy, the staff is lovely, and the restaurant is just phenomenal. All meals were delicious and reasonably priced. I would just come back for the food alone :). There is a lot of activities you can enjoy (free of charge) like yoga, reef walks, and Swahili lessons. 10/10 no doubt.

It was an amazing experience at Royal Manderin, which is located in a very central location in the middle of Zanzibar, not very far from all the tourist visiting sites. As soon as we reached we were greeted by 2 staff members with fresh juices and cold Lemon towel which lightened our mood. The guest Relationship manager Ms. Siara greeted us with a warm smile and was helpful throughout our stay, helping us plan all our activities according to our scedule and always kept a smile for us. The manager Mr Emmanuel was also extremely helpful, friendly and hardworking and then lastly Mr Ahmed from the cabana massage parlour gave us the best beachfront massage we have ever had. All in all, it is a resort that you all must visit.

Terletak di Jambiani, 4-minit berjalan kaki dari Pantai Jambiani, Zanzi Soul Luxury Boutique Hotel menyediakan penginapan dengan kolam renang luaran, tempat parking peribadi percuma, taman dan kawasan... We loved everything about this hotel. This is a relatively new hotel and small hotel (only 6 rooms), located in a dreamed place with stunning ocean views from every room. The rooms are big and comfortable, beautifully designed and very well maintained. Restaurant/bar open from 7am to 11pm every day. Food is ok but we went in low season and the hotel was at half capacity so I think this might be better in high season, cocktails were really good. This is an ideal hotel if you are looking for a very quiet relaxing vibe, operated by their owners, on the beach (the hotel is design to live your holiday barefoot as all common areas are sand, don’t worry there’s a feet washer outside every room). Town is a nice 30 min walk down the beach only in low tide, or a USD 5 taxi/tuc tuc. We loved it so much that we end up cancelling another hotel we had in the north of the island just to stay more time here. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a super relaxed holiday, were you don’t need to leave the hotel if you don’t want to. Beautiful beach walks and amazing snorkel right there from the beach.
