The staff is the KINDEST people in the world. I got sick and they shared their medication and took care of me at their best. Their English was not the best but able to communicate. I got local restaurants and sightseeing from them too! The pool is clean and fresh/warm. The breakfast is also nice, pho and omelette is offered upon the request (free). It’s Vietnam, so the bugs and lizards are everywhere so don’t freak out when you find them. They keep the luggage and take shower even you check out. Two flip flops are prepared in your room and the AC, refrigerator, TV are all functioning.

Ho passato 10 giorni in paradiso, anche per quanto riguarda il cibo, tutto perfetto, anche possibilita’ senza glutine (io sono celiaca) , sono sempre stati molto attenti! Mare bello, e le sdraio sempre disponibili in qualsiasi orario della giornata. Bravissimi tutti! Ci tornero’!

Gorgeous location. Beach is so pretty. Staff is great! Special mention for the staff at the restaurant, who were awesome! Reception also helped us book a tour, which was great too!

Amazing staff at a great boutique hotel. Loved the jacuzzi bar! Had an amazing stay at the Sakurakyo hotel at sunset town. A special shout out to the General Manager. She took time to chat to me everyday, make suggestions and helped to organise things. She bagged me and my son access to their jacuzzi bar. Amazing views of the firework show from there. The staff were really attentive and helpful. The hotel is very well situated. Spacious and well appointed room. Thank you to the entire team for 4 wonderful night!

From the moment I booked until check-out, they were super responsive, gave clear instructions, and were always ready to help whenever I had questions

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Disponibilità e gentilezza dei padroni di casa. Sora prontissima a risolvere qualunque esigenza con il sorriso sulle labbra. Ho trascorso un intero pomeriggio con lei sullo scooter e mi ha portato a scoprire tanti aspetti della sua città. Il giorno della partenza mi ha accompagnata allo scafo preparandomi la colazione da asporto con tanta cura.

Breakfast was good with lots of western and local options. Location was good. We had window facing the sea so we could watch fireworks and other shows from our windows. Hotel has free buggy services to town and other places. This can be arranged at the hotel reception. Special shoutout to all the staff who are extremely courteous and helpful. They will try and solve all your issues. And special mention for Mr. Lee who helped us a lot along the whole trip. Would like to stay here again upon next visit. Thank you.
