Opened in 2015, Das Franzl - Bett & Brot is 800 metres from the shore of Lake Wolfgang, where guests can use a lake access with a sunbathing lawn. It was a beautiful room with a fantastic balcony overlooking the surrounding mountains and hills. It was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I could not ask for more.

Pension Schlömmer is located 4 km from Sankt Gilgen and has a private beach access to Lake Wolfgang, just 200 metres from the house. It offers for guests a balcony in every room. Check-in and check-out went smooth and fast. The room and the house in general were neatly clean without any foreign smells. Bed and pillows were super comfy. We haven't slept that well for long time. Perfect location with 5-10 minutes walk to the public beach on the lake, which provided nice view, comfortable entrance to the water, benches. You can easily access all sightseeings in the region by car. Breakfast was the same every day, but delicious. Open buffet was available provided homemade yoghurts, various fresh fruits and berries, including even raspberry and blueberry, boiled eggs, flakes, dried fruits. In addition you get a plate of cheese and ham. Egg dishes could be cooked upon request. We enjoyed the views from a balcony. You get Wolfgangsee card, which gives you discounts for cable car, boat rides, rodelbahn and so on. Would be happy to come back.

Haus am Wald offers panoramic views over Lake Wolfgang and the Salzkammergut Mountains. Free WiFi and a private lakeside beach, which is 2 km away, are featured. The room is new, big and clean. Location is great, we can easily drive to different lake area and go to the forest for a walk.

Loved the tranquil and quiet environment of the place. The view from the balcony was beautiful and it was only a short walk to the “beach”. Easily accessible by car and dedicated parking was available. Staff was friendly and nice. Would definitely recommend!

Located right on the shore on Lake Wolfgang, Hotel & Gasthof Fürberg is 3.5 km, approximately a 45-minutes walk, from the centre of St. Gilgen. I liked everything! The location is amazing, secluded and calm but also has everything you need like food at the restaurant or 5 minutes away by car at any supermarket. I would definitely come again. Friends' groups, however, shall watch out for the showering situation 😂 it is more like a romantic getaway 😉 but I still had lots of fun with my friend there. Ah the Seilbahn is 5 minutes away aaand Hallstaat is about an hour, although I don't recommend leaving the heaven of this place and going to the touristic horror of Hallstaat.

Overlooking Lake Wolfgang, Hotel Garni Anzengruber is only 100 metres away from the shore. It offers free internet access, buffet breakfast, balconies in all rooms and a private lido. Absolutely loved this place. Felt like home. :) We loved getting to know the owners and enjoyed a laid-back, nature filled vacation! Breakfast was amazing and the room was beautiful. Would love to return soon.

Only 600 metres away from the shore of Lake Wolfgang, the 3 star superior Hotel Gasthof Aberseehof is set in a quiet location with scenic views of the surroundings. Everything perfect, nice room, very good breakfast and dinner, quiet place near lake

Surrounded by a beautiful mountain landscape, Gasthof Kleefeld is located above the picturesque town of Strobl on Lake Wolfgang, offering fantastic views of the Weißenbach Valley. Mini zoo/farm. Very clean room with a bed for kids. Spa hall. Breakfast room was so cozy and every room had a table reserved. The hotel is close to hiking paths. You can enjoy stars at night and do astro photography there (complete darkness and beautiful sky).

This traditional, family-run hotel enjoys a quiet but central location, offering guests high-quality, comfortable accommodation in the pretty town of St. Very comfortable stay, balcony with a peep of a view of lake. Nice to be able to sleep with door open at night.Good breakfast with lots of variety. Staff friendly and very helpful. Short walk to nearby attractions and restaurants. Had kebabs from shop below our room , smell wafts up. Very yummy and extremely fresh produce used.

Hotel Radetzky is in the heart of St. Gilgen, a town located on the banks of Wolfgang Lake in the Salzkammergut region. The hotel is only 30 minutes away from Salzburg. Wonderful; location, very clean and new facilities, the staff was so helpful and friendly, they also helped us with wonderful travel tips and places to visit. Overall, great hotel and I highly recommend it!
